**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer service professional seeking a new challenge? Do you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills?

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders and quotes
  • Provide basic technical support and recommend products to customers
  • Meet established departmental KPI's

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
