Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills; ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute); basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); and basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly reliable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance; empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
