Dynamic Customer Service Professional Wanted

Our team is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, professional and well-informed manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent command of English, analytical and judgment skills for moderately complex situations, and the ability to work well with others. A willingness to be trained onsite for a month and flexible scheduling are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify customer needs using on-screen information and update customer records accordingly.
- Remain current on program and corporate products and processes.
- Achieve quality service by assessing and responding to customer needs, following escalation protocol when needed.
- Accurately complete documentation for each transaction and update call history or notify relevant parties when required.

- Excellent command of English language.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
