As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Account Managers in various duties such as organizing email campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth operations of the marketing department.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a well-organized mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and provide guidance on email deliverability best practices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency. Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
