Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Responsibilities
  • Clients' functional & technical discussions - understanding requirements and pain points.
  • Demonstrate product value through creative solutions addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Needs assessments and solution-finding sessions for customers with varying complexity levels.

Sales Support:

  • Provide technical expertise to Sales teams, supporting revenue goals.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to specific audiences and customer needs.
  • Contribute to proposal responses addressing functional and technical requirements.

Knowledge Sharing:

  • Stay updated on best practices and product knowledge, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.

Product Representation:

  • Represent the company at conferences and demonstrations as a product expert.
  • Address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of our product suite's front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical product functional issues and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Team-oriented mindset working with Sales and Customer Success stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering within the Technology sector.
