Job Opportunity: Workday Certified Payroll Expert

We are seeking a skilled Workday Certified Payroll expert to deliver successful payroll deployments. As a key team member, you will ensure clients' business needs are met through the effective design, configuration, and testing of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite.
  • Collaborate with deployment teams to gather and document client requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, develop prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
  • Work with data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and coach others on product knowledge.
  • Resolve complex tasks/requirements when needed.
  • Foster clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain ongoing client satisfaction, ensuring positive references once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
  • Active Workday Payroll Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
  • Prioritizing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
