Job Overview

An experienced professional is required to ensure the successful deployment of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Time and Absence management systems, having a proven track record of implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) solutions.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. Key responsibilities include architecting, configuring, and testing Workday configurations, as well as providing expert guidance on functional requirements gathering and business analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in consulting and project management, with experience in deploying multiple Human Capital Management (HCM) projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in Workday Time and Absence management systems
  • Lead the design and configuration of Workday solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical requirements
  • Ensure compliance with data security and integrity standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years' experience in consulting and project management
  • Proven track record of implementing PATT solutions
  • Expertise in Workday Time and Absence management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
