The Payroll Administrator Professional is responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient payroll, benefits, and HR administration services to clients.
This involves managing and maintaining:
- New Hire and Termination Processes
- Leave Administration Systems
- Third-Party Vendor Management
- Reporting and Compliance
- Liaising with External Agencies
- Calendar of Events Management
- Change Control Procedures
- Inquiry Resolution and Issue Management
- Year-End Processing and Reconciliation
- Tax Filing and Remittance
- Process Documentation and Improvement
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment. Previous customer service experience in a deadline-driven setting is required. PCP Certification or equivalent is necessary.
Desirable skills include strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience with benefits administration.
