Job Title: Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with suppliers to confirm shipment schedules and tracking numbers;
  • Communicating with customers to inform them of their incoming shipments and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of all shipments, including manifest, invoices, and receipts;
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in shipping documents or inventory levels;
  • Performing quality control checks on shipments to ensure they meet company standards;
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve logistics and supply chain operations, including cost savings initiatives and process improvements;
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of transportation and freight management principles;
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly;
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
