Mental Health Support Specialist

The Role

This position is an integral part of our mental health support system, ensuring timely assistance for our customers and helping us reach more people around the world. We're looking for highly motivated professionals to join our team of mental health experts.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous availability of mental health support services during peak periods.
  • Apply evidence-based practices and scripts to maintain high standards of care with callers.
  • Effectively communicate with assigned stakeholders and internal teams through various channels.
  • Stay organized by utilizing systems to track client information and facilitate communication.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and fellow experts to address clients' needs effectively.
  • Utilize empathetic and proactive approaches to help clients in need.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in mental health support roles.
  • Completed training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Be reliable, professional, and open to feedback and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
