Product Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engagement Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing digital mental health content, supporting product development, and working with businesses to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

This role involves creating psychological exercises, digital courses, and assessments while helping businesses integrate our tools into their organizations.

You will contribute to the growth of our digital mental health solutions, shaping the future of workplace well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.
  • Develop AI-driven psychological assessments and digital learning tools.
  • Collaborate with the business team to create materials that promote mental well-being initiatives.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working with corporate clients and explaining mental health concepts in a practical way.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
