Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional support to clients through inbound calls and emails
  • Guide clients on our waitlist toward scheduling therapy sessions
  • Collect client information to match them with suitable providers
  • Record client details accurately in our systems
  • Buid trust and rapport with clients through clear communication and empathy
Key Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or BPO work
  • A friendly, patient, and professional approach with clients
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
