Enterprise Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Coordinator to manage strategic restaurant accounts in Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top client and join a rapidly growing community of professionals.

  • Create houselists from research into restaurants and hotels within specific groups.
  • Build customer profiles in our main CRM.
  • Develop promotions within the customer tool from templates.
  • Generate and export reports using reporting tools and send them directly to external customers.
  • Conduct audits of customer accounts based on personal research.
  • Ensure instructions are challenged and updated across various teams.
  • Design templates across multiple tools as per instructions.

This role offers a full-time position with a project-based duration of 2 months, working with a global leader in tech and hospitality. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google suite. Knowledge of Jira, Trello, Monday.com, and navigation apps is a plus.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google suite.
