Job Title: Content Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Production Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing content tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team. They should be proficient in ClickUp or similar project management tools and have strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Manage content tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.

This is a full-time, remote work opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to work during EST/EDT hours and have near-native English communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Able to work during EST/EDT hours.
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team.
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.
  • Experience in collaborating with editorial, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
  • Ability to set and enforce deadlines, ensuring timely content delivery.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and improving team efficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow automation.
