The role of an E-commerce Operations Coordinator is pivotal in driving success for Infinite Commerce, particularly during the initial launch phase of Target+

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management
  • Manage listings to ensure they are free from health issues and address them promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with Target to identify and resolve listing health issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Creative and SEO teams to acquire approved creative content, including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts.
  • Troubleshoot issues encountered when publishing creative content and facilitate effective communication among involved parties.
  • Manage timelines for seasonal content.
Catalog Management
  • Oversee the management of the product catalog on these marketplaces.
  • Work with Channel Manager to update product attributes, categories, and create variations.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate and current, with correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.
  • Create product variations to enhance the shopping experience.
Listing Troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing strategies.
  • Handle listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating risks.
Project Management
  • Utilize Monday.com to prioritize tasks and update progress effectively.
Account Audit
  • Perform regular audits to ensure listings are active and accurate, monitor account health, and resolve issues efficiently.
