Job Details:

The Product Content Specialist plays a key role in shaping how customers understand and engage with our cutting-edge electric watercraft. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality product content that educates, inspires, and drives interest across digital platforms, eCommerce channels, and customer touchpoints. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams, you'll ensure all technical and lifestyle content aligns with our brand voice and innovation-driven positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, compelling product descriptions, user guides, FAQs, and feature copy for web and marketing use

  • Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content

  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to create engaging visual + written product materials

  • Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and messaging across platforms

  • Maintain and update product content in CMS and digital asset systems

  • Support product launches with timely and accurate content

  • Gather feedback from customer support and users to improve content clarity and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in product content, technical writing, or eCommerce content

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to technical accuracy and brand tone

  • Experience with CMS tools (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) and digital asset management

  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, or watersports a plus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
