We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to collaborate with one of our clients. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction on both the client's Amazon Seller Central account and their website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and the client's website.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Assist customers with navigating the client's website, placing orders, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
  • Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.
Working Conditions
  • Remote work environment.
  • Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM UK time.
