Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Resolves customer complaints through effective problem-solving and empathetic communication.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to meet customer needs.
  • Document interactions accurately and process claims in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions for their concerns.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior call center experience and work-from-home background are highly valued.
  • Strong command of the English language is required for effective communication.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM and high-speed internet connection are necessary for successful performance.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows operating systems are also expected.
