IT Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support and assistance to clients and employees
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and equipment
  • Develop and implement technical procedures and documentation
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with remote connectivity issues
