Technical Illustrator and Modeler

We are seeking a skilled Technical Illustrator and Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and BIM modeling, with the ability to create precise technical drawings, layout plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and protocols

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field, and at least 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.
