Job Title

A talented and ambitious recruitment professional is sought to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants to gain a strong understanding of client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in candidate management and sourcing, with at least 3 years' experience in this field.

They will be committed to their recruitment career, having a natural and conversational relationship development style that delivers results for clients and candidates alike.

Our team member will be driven, ambitious, and eager to contribute to the company's ongoing success by adding exceptional individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Candidate management and sourcing experience of 3 years plus
  • Be committed to your recruitment career
  • An experienced candidate manager or resourcer specialising IT or accounting background
  • A natural and conversational relationship developer who delivers on their word to clients and candidates
  • Be driven, ambitious and wants to be part of something exceptional
  • Mature enough to work in a flexible and positive culture and an outcome based environment
  • Career and financially motivated
Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to gain a strong understanding of client requirements
  • Create Job Adverts
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Source Candidates through LinkedIn, Seek and Bullhorn
  • Book and Interview shortlisted candidates
  • Assist with placing successful candidates into a role
  • Complete reference checks, data entry and other admin duties as required
  • Work towards achieving individual weekly KPIs and talent pooling
