Job Title: Airfreight Coordinator

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airfreight Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery, handling encoding and sending of Inward Manifest to BOC e2m system, and assisting in preparation of all required documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and monitor airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery.
  • Handles encoding and sending of Inward Manifest to BOC e2m system.
  • Assist in preparation of all required documentation (e.g., airway bills, customs declarations).

Other key aspects of the role include:

  • Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Proactively track and trace shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exceptions professionally and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • High level of commitment to quality service.
  • 1-2 years' working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills.
