Main Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to provide critical support to our insurance broking and underwriting teams as they work towards departmental goals.

Key Tasks

  • Assist brokers and underwriters with administrative tasks, such as renewal invitations, document preparation, and updating client information.
  • Pre-populate rating models and assist in the preparation of policy documentation.
  • Importing and downloading renewal terms and inputting new business opportunities into broking systems.
  • Finalize policy documents, including invoicing, certificates, and policy wording.
  • Participate in compliance processes, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep claims registers up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to broker inquiries, providing certificates, claims histories, and other requested information as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience: Essential experience in the insurance industry.
  • Tier 1 and 2 Qualifications: Preferred qualifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, advanced IT skills advantageous.
