Job Title: Bookkeeper and Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper and Virtual Assistant to join our team at Novanox LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
• Process payments to local and international suppliers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Generate cash flow reports to help us make informed business decisions.
• Schedule and manage calendars to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and meetings.
• Handle documents and mail with confidentiality and discretion.
• Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with CRM systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
