General Virtual Assistant

About the Job:

Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized General Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing administrative support and are proficient in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily duties to help speed up the growth of both companies, including checking emails and staying on top of tasks.
  • Assist clients with various levels of customer service, ensuring a friendly, happy, knowledgeable, and efficient experience.
  • Type documents, mail letters, and take notes as required.
  • Answer calls, return emails, and complete similar tasks in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings, book appointments, communicate with clients, follow up on quotations, communicate with subcontractors, and manage daily calendars.
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Maintain, edit, and update all company social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites.
Requirements:
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and social media management tools
