We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for staff and management, you will provide exceptional support for administrative tasks and people operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the liaison between staff and management, addressing questions and concerns about schedules, time off, pay, and benefits.
- Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
- Manage staff schedules, track attendance, and prepare payroll data through our platform.
- Assist with client communication, including tracking key renewal dates and preparing employer reports.
- Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to leadership while collaborating with our People Operations team.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, as well as healthcare records and billing software.
