We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Deductions Associate. If you're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude, this is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicate with engineers when web scrapers do not work as expected.
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining details of their customer portals.
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement within the Technology Enabled Services department.
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Business level English fluency required.
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships.
