
Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and will interact with customers through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, assisting customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns, and providing thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
Requirements include proficiency in English, at least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience, experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and an adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
