Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Customer Journey Specialist die onze organisatie kan helpen om de digitale klantreis te verbeteren. Als specialist in customer journey ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en analyseren van klantjourneys.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met diverse afdelingen, zoals sales, marketing en productontwikkeling, om zeker te stellen dat de digitale klantreis efficiënt en effectief is. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van knelpunten in de klantreis en het ontwikkelen van oplossingen om deze te verhelpen.

Het gaat om:

  • Klantonderzoek: Je verzamelt data over onze klanten en hun behoeften om te begrijpen hoe we hen beter kunnen bedienen.
  • Analyse: Je analyseert de gegevens om patronen en trends te detecteren en ziet mogelijkheden om de klantreis te verbeteren.
  • Optimisatie: Je werkt aan concrete oplossingen om de klantreis te verbeteren, zoals het simpel maken van processtappen of het toevoegen van extra functionaliteiten.

Je bent een flexibele en communicatieve professional die goed kan samenwerken met anderen. Je hebt een natuurlijk flair voor het herkennen van problemen en het bedenken van oplossingen. Je bent vooral sterk in data-analyse en -visualisatie.

We zoeken iemand met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring en een HBO- of WO-diploma in een gerelateerde richting. Ook kennis van Salesforce, Adobe en Power BI is een pré.

  • Flexibiliteit en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
