Job Description

The Creative Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating a team of creatives, ensuring production schedules are optimized and work is completed on time. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality meets industry standards.
  • Analyze sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.
  • Identify project timelines for all requests assigned to the team, working closely with Team Coordinators and Quality Specialists.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Passion for delivering high-quality creative solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the creative development and production process to fulfill project briefs.
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize and comprehend project requirements, even when not well-defined.
  • Experience with project management platforms.
