Job Title: Creative Production Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our company. This role involves hands-on creation of compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, project management, and creative arts, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Asset Development: Actively create engaging visual assets that align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
