Job Title: Project Coordinator – Mandaue

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and oversee store development and construction projects from planning through completion. This role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, conducting site inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess project plans, layouts, and design perspectives for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate activities with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct on-site inspections in Mandaue, Cebu, and monitor progress to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and trackers (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Develop store floor layouts and project visuals using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication among all project stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Assist in final project inspections and ensure proper handover of completed stores.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related discipline.
  • Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other design or visualization software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Able to review and verify project plans, layouts, and designs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Skilled in project documentation, reporting, and monitoring progress.
  • Willing and able to travel to Mandaue, Cebu, for project-related assignments.
  • Experience in construction, store development, or related projects is preferred.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
