Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement loyalty marketing initiatives that drive patronage into the property.
  • Coordinate and assist with efforts to promote the resort and provide on-site support during events.
  • Implement day-to-day promotional activities and events that drive visitation.
  • Assist in preparing program documentation, including creative briefs, proposals, and report summaries.
  • Compile post-promotion program data for evaluation.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct market research as instructed and obtain market intelligence for management.
  • Monitor launched programs to ensure procedures and policies are implemented as planned.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in the gaming industry.
  • Relevant previous work experience.
  • Degree holder in Marketing major.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good data archiving skill.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Office).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
