Job Overview

The role of Marketing Automation Specialist involves playing a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our marketing platforms, including CRM and other tools. You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, data management, automation workflows, reporting, and help ensure our CRM aligns with broader marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain our marketing CRM system, including contact and company management, data enrichment, and configuration
  • Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring models
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams to synchronize CRM usage across departments
  • Segment customer data for targeted marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate CRM-related reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure CRM system integrity
  • Integrate CRM with other platforms and tools used by marketing and sales
  • Train internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and usage
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in a Marketing or CRM management role
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with either HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, marketing automation, and lead management
  • Experience with email marketing tools, form builders, and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with data hygiene practices and managing large datasets in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
