Marketing Automation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.

The selected individual will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
