Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a regional software engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth and success of your team members.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development and be able to demonstrate technical leadership. They should also be knowledgeable about agile software development practices and have experience with Python programming.

About the Role
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers working remotely in global locations
  • Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and contribute to career development
  • Demonstrate sound engineering principles by contributing code directly
  • Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects
  • Set and manage expectations with other teams
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and customers
  • Advocate for modern software development practices
Requirements

  • You are knowledgeable and passionate about agile software development
  • You love leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers
  • You are comfortable administrating Linux servers and have hands-on experience with software automation
  • You are organized and want your team to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner
