">Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients' products or services. This involves interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending on client requirements.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and strong communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will be able to listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with the customer.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining basic knowledge of client products and/or services, preparing complete and accurate work, and participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
