Job Title:

Air Conditioning Specialist

As an Air Conditioning Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment. Your role will involve diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.

You will use company service vehicles to proceed to stores/kiosks and execute risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment. Additionally, you will clean, adjust, and repair systems, and execute warranty services.

Emergency repairs must be performed promptly and efficiently, while providing technical direction and on-the-job trainings to team members. You will also keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions, ensuring compliance with service and safety standards and work instructions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least a Vocational Course Graduate with NC-II in RAC/DomRAC Servicing.
  • Able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Has at least 6 months of related work experience in repairs and maintenance, specifically with ref and aircon equipment.
  • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and writing form, and proficient in reading work plans.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift for preventive maintenance program execution.
  • Able to work in confined spaces.
  • Willing to travel to various locations.
