Cloud Developer Opportunity

This position is open for a skilled Cloud Developer who will be working on the organization's Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in software development, data modeling, and integration.

The successful candidate will design, develop, test, and provide production support following the organization's standards and guidelines. They must also iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.

A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for this role. Knowledge of JIRA and functional knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) systems are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and provide production support following the organization's standards and guidelines.
  • Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Delivery Manager.
  • Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce systems and databases.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Cloud Developer and proficient in cloud platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
  • Certified cloud administrator or cloud developer certification is preferred.
  • Experience in performing cloud upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.
