Customer Success Associate

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing expert support on our products and services via live chat and tickets.

  • Contribution to projects that improve our AI-powered systems and provide smarter support to our customers.

You'll also have the opportunity to:

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance your work, team, and department.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, with a track record of delivering exceptional solutions.
  • A solid understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting.
  • Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization.
