Job Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our sales team and clients.

You will provide timely and accurate administrative data-driven support to ensure the success of our sales efforts.

  • Provide professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking various administrative, support and coordination functions
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and selecting the best solution
  • Attend meetings, record meeting notes and document key takeaways and action items
  • Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible
  • Develop and prepare correspondence, documents and reports in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders
About This Role
