As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our sales team and clients.
You will provide timely and accurate administrative data-driven support to ensure the success of our sales efforts.
- Provide professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking various administrative, support and coordination functions
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and selecting the best solution
- Attend meetings, record meeting notes and document key takeaways and action items
- Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible
- Develop and prepare correspondence, documents and reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders
This fast-paced environment requires exceptional project management and time management skills. We are seeking a motivated individual who can handle confidential information with integrity and work autonomously as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to develop and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
