Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Customer Support Advocate. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

This is an 18-month fixed-term contract opportunity that offers a chance to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Support Advocate, you will be responsible for owning customer communications from initial request through to resolution, maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating closely with teams across the business.

Your standard schedule will fall within the hours of 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time, Tuesday through Saturday. From time to time, you may be asked to adjust your hours to support urgent requests or provide coverage when other team members are on leave.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Proficiency with various computer software systems, such as Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Client Success, Google Work, Atlassian, Intercom
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
