Job Title: Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow Manager to oversee the timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Utilize accounting software to manage accounts receivable, track payment records, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Analyze cash flow reports to identify trends, ensure liquidity, and make informed decisions.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to resolve payment disputes and negotiate settlements.
  • Invoicing and Statements: Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective techniques to enhance collection efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and cash flow management.
  • Accounting Expertise: Proficiency in accounting principles and financial regulations is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required.
