Job Summary

A skilled Finance Specialist is needed to manage cash flow, accounts receivable and collections for our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks and a strong analytical mindset.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections and accurate financial records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to track payment records and reconcile incoming payments.
  • Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
  • Analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in accounts receivable and collections.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is required.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
