Develop secure, reliable workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, and other platforms.

Work with Microsoft and other vendors to integrate and maintain robust security controls. Monitor and improve compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards. Collaborate with IT Security teams to implement effective policies and incident management strategies.

Automate and optimize administration processes to secure endpoints and data. Participate in 24/7 global support rotations and resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents. Provide documentation and training to ensure team readiness and compliance.

Key Capabilities/ExperienceSecurity Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise security tools, principles, and Blue Team practices. Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Practical experience with securing services like Intune, Azure AD, and M365 compliance. Automation & Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps).

Problem Solving: Ability to resolve technical and compliance-related challenges effectively. Collaboration: Skilled at working across teams and stakeholders in regulated environments. Communication: Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences.

Minimum QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience on the related roleCertifications: Relevant certifications Microsoft 365 and security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus. Regulatory Understanding: Experience working in highly regulated environments like financial institutions.
