Job Overview

  • The role involves enhancing the security and reliability of services provided by a cross-functional team of engineers and experts.

  • Secure, dependable workplace solutions will be developed based on Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, and other platforms.
  • Integration and maintenance of robust security controls with Microsoft and other vendors will be handled.
  • Monitoring and improvement of compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards is essential.
  • Effective policies and incident management strategies will be implemented in collaboration with IT Security teams.
  • Automation and optimization of administration processes will be applied to secure endpoints and data.
  • Participation in 24/7 global support rotations and resolution of second- and third-line incidents are required.
  • Documentation and training will be provided to ensure team readiness and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Security Expertise: A strong understanding of enterprise security tools, principles, and Blue Team practices is necessary.
  • Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Practical experience with securing services like Intune, Azure AD, and M365 compliance is required.
  • Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps) is expected.
  • Problem Solving: The ability to resolve technical and compliance-related challenges effectively is essential.
  • Collaboration: Strong skills in working across teams and stakeholders in regulated environments are required.
  • Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences is necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related role is required.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 and security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Experience working in highly regulated environments such as financial institutions is required.
