
Revenue Growth Ambassador

A revenue growth ambassador is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic outreach and engagement with Amazon FBA sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Establish meaningful connections with Amazon FBA sellers across the U.S. by introducing our offer and directly booking them onto our closers' calendars.
- Follow-Ups: Manage ongoing lead engagement via SMS, DMs, and email, handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling, and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
- CRM Ownership: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked, and no lead is left behind.
- Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently booked with qualified, well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in outreach or scheduling processes and suggest improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours.
