The Revenue Operations Lead is a pivotal role within our fast-paced sales, marketing, and customer success ecosystem. This high-impact position will drive growth across the business by optimizing data-driven processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Funnel Tracking: Develop seamless integrations and workflows for end-to-end tracking across Sales and Marketing.
- AI Implementation: Identify and implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
- Real-Time Dashboards: Design and maintain real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
- Reporting Infrastructure: Establish scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
- Process Automation: Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Insight Generation: Transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
- Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
- Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
- Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools.
- Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
- Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
