Real Estate Transaction Manager

This position involves overseeing the entire real estate transaction process, from initial contact to closing. A strong focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective strategies to streamline CRM operations for maximum productivity.
- Manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Prepare necessary documents and obtain required signatures for listing agreements and disclosures.
- Accurately input listing information into MLS and marketing websites, as well as submit relevant documentation to the office broker.
- Coordinate with external parties, including title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal services.
- Assist in negotiations regarding repairs and coordinate inspections.
- Maintain accurate records and update the client database system as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to support home improvement initiatives and gather referrals.
- A degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and data management tools.
- Detailed orientation, driven by achievements, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Capacity to work independently during business hours.
