Job Description:

The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will oversee the management of purchase agreements, contracts, and other related paperwork for buyers, sellers, brokers, and/or agents.

Liaising with stakeholders including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and others is also a crucial part of this role. They will keep all parties informed about transaction statuses at all times.

In addition, the coordinator will be responsible for reviewing all documentation to ensure compliance with standard regulations. This involves coordinating the exchange of properties and necessary materials, as well as providing closing statements to all involved parties.

A successful candidate will have at least one year of proven experience in a similar position and be proficient in Transaction Management Software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction files
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders
  • Review documentation for compliance with standard regulations
  • Coordinate property exchanges and provide closing statements
  • Maintain a system recording all transactions

Requirements:

  • At least one year of proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Proficient in Transaction Management Software
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
